How to change the group head seal on a FrancisFrancis X1

Hi, I've had a number of requests for a head seal guide, so I've put together a guide on the best way to change the head seal for you. You can swap out the seal without taking off the chrome head surround, however the best way and easiest way to clean the area ready for the new seal is the method I describe below. i appreciate you guys might not have the correct tools, but you did ask for the best way to change it :)
